We are looking for an on-site IT Technician to work with our client in the Formula 1, based in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate should have experience in service desk activities, specifically providing support for desktops (PCs, laptops, and accessories).This includes handling hardware and software issues; disassembling electronic parts is not required.

As an IT Technician in Formula 1 you will have the opportunity to give your support to the team who works on the Simulator and during the Operation Room! Don’t you find it exciting?

MAIN ACTIVITIES

‍

• Configuring Windows client
• Troubleshooting software issues (Outlook, Teams,Windows operating systems, etc.)
• Assisting with office relocations
• Handling telephony-related tasks
• Providing support for trackside radio communications

MUST HAVE

‍

• Minimum experience in system administration and service desk activities
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Ticketing System
• Problem Solving
• Availability to work, when necessary, outside office hours and on weekends
